Custom Reports

Overview

Custom reports in our ad server allow users to generate detailed reports based on specific criteria. These reports can cover a wide range of dimensions and metrics, providing comprehensive insights into ad performance. Users can select a date range, apply filters, and schedule reports for regular delivery.

Creating a Custom Report

  1. Date Range:

    • Choose the specific period for the report, ranging from particular dates to broader time frames like weeks or months.

  2. Dimensions:

    • Select from the following dimensions to structure your report:

      • Tag Name

      • Tag ID

      • Channel Name

      • Channel ID

      • Publisher Name

      • Publisher ID

      • Advertiser Name

      • Advertiser ID

      • Domain

      • Bundle

      • App Name

      • Size

      • Hour

      • Date

      • Month

      • CPM

      • Net CPM

      • Browser

      • Device

      • Country

      • OS

      • Floor CPM

      • Supply CPM

      • Demand CPM

      • Error Reason

  3. Filters:

    • Apply filters to refine the data in your report. Filters can be based on Equals, Contains, Not Equals, and for numeric dimensions, include operators like <, >, >=, <=.

  4. Metrics:

    • Incorporate any of the following metrics in your report:

      • Impressions

      • Requests

      • Opportunities

      • Inventory

      • Cost

      • Demand Cost

      • Supply Cost

      • Revenue

      • Profit

      • eCPM

      • Supply eCPM

      • Demand eCPM

      • Start

      • First Quartile (25%)

      • Midpoint (50%)

      • Third Quartile (75%)

      • Complete (100%)

      • Error

      • sRPM

      • Net CPM

  5. Saving and Scheduling Reports:

    • Save Report: Give your report a name for future reference.

    • Scheduling:

      • Set a specific hour for automatic report generation.

      • Define recipients by inputting their email addresses.

      • Choose the dynamic time range for the report (e.g., today, yesterday, last 7 days, month to date).
